It is first specified that the conditions manage the sales of our work presented on zappzarapp.com. These terms are the only ones that can be applicable. Deviations from these conditions are only effective if confirmed in writing. If one of these terms and conditions is invalid, the remaining provisions stay unaffected. In this case the parties undertake to replace the invalid provision with a regulation that comes as close as possible to the economic intent of the ineffective provision.
1. The customer
To be a customer of the website you must be a consumer of legal age and with full legal capacity or to be authorized by your parents. The personal information given to zappzarapp.com upon any order you may place must be complete, accurate and up to date. zappzarapp.com would not be responsible for undelivered products should the data prove incorrect.
2. Pricing
Prices are indicated in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of Austrian Value Added Tax (UST), currently set at 20%. Changes in VAT will be taken into account and may alter prices shown online. Shipping costs amount to EUR 10.00 (Austria) / EUR 15.00 (European Union) / EUR 25.00 (other countries). In case you order from another country than Austria you are the importer of the concerned products. For every product shipped, the price will be calculated with the VAT included referring to the Austrian law. All countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning the product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the delivery destination country. zappzarapp.com cannot be held responsible for these taxes. You will be charged in addition to the amount you will have already paid to zappzarapp.com. We advise you to get in touch with your local authorities in order to get more information. All the orders must be paid in Euros (EUR). zappzarapp.com can change some prices at any moment but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices displayed during the recording of the orders.
3. Ordering
The acceptance of orders placed on the website is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by zappzarapp.com. This takes the form of a series of succeeding screen pages indicating the steps to be taken by customers to validate their order. You will have the possibility, before final validation of your order, to verify your order details and the total price, and to correct any possible errors, before confirming it and expressing your acceptance. Every confirmed order applies as a sale contract and an acceptance of all the present stipulations. Once you have validated your order, zappzarapp.com will promptly confirm receipt by sending you an e-mail to the address provided to us. In that aim, you formally accept the use of e-mail by zappzarapp.com to confirm the content of your order. This confirmation e-mail will include all of the information provided by you, as well as the accepted price and terms of payment.
4. Confirmation
By clicking the button 'place order' after the ordering process, you declare that you accept fully and without any reserve your order including the totality of the General Terms of Sales. The recorded data on zappzarapp.com is a proof for the totality of the transactions done by zappzarapp.com and its customers.
5. Payment
If you have a PayPal account you may use it as payment method. ou can also make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order wont be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

6. Shipment & Delivery
Products will be packed and shipped whithin 5 to 7 working days and are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process. In case of unusual delay you will receive an e-mail. We take greatest care in packing and shipping artworks. Every art work bought, made from paper, is sent in a postal package. Shipping route and shipping material are left to our choice. In the territories outside the European Union, it is recalled that delivery may be delayed for so long as customs formalities and duties have not been carried out or paid by you, and you agree to this. zappzarapp.com cannot be held responsible for the delays. In case of damaged delivery, you are due to notify zappzarapp.com immediately.
All orders, national as well as international, are shipped with the Austrian National Post (POST.at). All Packages are fully insured by sending them as registered mail.
If your courier is unable to deliver your order, it will be either kept at a depot for collection with the delivery service as per their terms and conditions or returned to us.
If you refuse your shipment or are unable to retrieve the package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as additional import fees, duties or taxes that are incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. The amount may be deducted from a refund. Should the return fees exceed the amount of your order, the package will be abandoned and you will not be issued a refund.
7. Responsibility
The products offered on zappzarapp.com comply with the Austrian Law. It belongs to you to check with your local authorities your right to import the products you want to buy. The pictures and the texts presenting the products are not contractual. As a result, zappzarapp.com‘s responsibility could not be engaged in case of mistake in one of these photos or texts. zappzarapp.com cannot be responsible for the non execution of the contract in case of end of stock or unavailability of the product, major force, disturbance or complete strike or restricted postal service and means of transport and communication, flooding, fire. zappzarapp.com will not engage any responsibility for any indirect damages, loss of exploitation, loss of benefit, loss of chance, damage or fees. The present contract is submitted to Austrian Law. In case of trouble only the Austrian court will be compliant.
8. Cancelation of order / Returns / Replacement
Any cancellation of order of must be effected online by e-mail to zwupp@zappzarapp.com. If the order has not been shipped at the time of cancellation, the whole payment will be refund immediately or the order can be replaced with another artwork (if still in stock). If you decide to send any goods back, please inform us by e-mail before sending anything back. The whole amount will be refund as soon as the delivery has arrived at us in a proper and unused condition. The shipping costs of returned packages have to be paid by the customer and all items returned to us are at your own risk so we recommend using a recorded service.
